Alexa is an amazing device but its app is junk. This also goes for the Amazon tech support. It is non existent. Their suggestion is to delete and reinstall their non functioning app. There is no support other than a bunch of canned answers. You can see an amazing number of people all complaining about the
same issues. I guess they are too big to care!
