I love my Echo, but the App no longer allows me to login

Please fix the app so it remembers your login. Having to login every time I open the app is ridiculous. Also. Where is the music search? It is horrible to have to browse with such a horrible UI that has no search. Why cant it be similar to the prime music app? Why cant the prime music app from my iPhone play music on Alexa like Spotify can?

A decent app overall, but it is annoying to have to login every half hour. The app should remember the credentials for at least a day!

App is super easy to use and the Amazon Echo/Alexa is so amazing. Highly recommend :)

The app doesnt function properly half the time and it makes attempting to use this product frustrating and annoying. Im about to throw it out the window to be honest. PLEASE FIX IT.

Hard to believe a company with such a great shopping app has another app of such low quality and poorly designed. Its about as useless as it comes. Amazon has a window before competing products come along and they really shouldnt blow it with products like this app.

Downloaded the app and it refuses to load both on my iPad and PC

This app works fine. There arent any problems. Fear not. I dont understand the negative ratings. There are many people who just like to complain about everything, I suppose. As I said, fear not. This app works very well with Alexa. I have a Fire tablet. The apps are exactly the same. Enjoy your Echo!

Just got this echo and Ive been for hours trying to connect it to wifi and its NO GO! The app wouldnt even open. What a horrible app. Its no use Im returning this thing.

I love the echo but hate this amateurish and buggy app.

It wont even load anything I click on.

I just received mine tonight and have spent two hours trying to find a way to get my Outlook calendar accessible. The app indicates you can add other calendars but then only gives the choice of Google. So then I tried to sync my Outlook and Goggle calendars with various tools but none of them worked for one reason or the other. So no calendar for me as I am NOT going to switch all my calendar info and start using Google just because of this app.

After this last update the app requires me to re-log in, with my Amazon account, about every other time I open it.

This app simply doesnt work on my iOS device. It lets me login, then Im stuck on a loading screen. I gave it 30minutes, now Im writing this review. I was really excited to get echo setup, but without the app working its just a fancy paperweight. Hey Jeff, fire your app QA team because they obviously cant do their job.

An equalizer would greatly improve the sound. Without it, the sound is substandard. Otherwise the app is good.

I really like the Amazon echo, but the app is terrible. The app is slow, non responsive, and goes offline a lot!

It has features that just do not work. My main reason for getting Amazon Tap was to take it outside of the house. One of the main features - connect through iPhones hotspot just doesnt work. I spent an hour trying to get it working with two different phones. Trying to connect to my phones hotspot didnt work and trying to connect to another phones hotspot through my phone didnt work ether.

Suddenly stop working, saying needs to be registered . I uninstalled the app and tried to redo setup and when I get to wifi it doesnt let me connect. Its been 4 days now. Could be the app?
